Quadstat is a statistical application framework, I created from Drupal 8 and R. Drupal has a lot of nice features like automatic user and content management with fine-grained permissions and coupled with the data analysis functionality provided by R, it was relatively easy to create dataset managegemnt and GUI statistical analysis functions available to anonymous and authenticated users.
One of the most popular features of the site are the R Datasets that can be inspected. The CSV files were originally found at this site:
with Github Repo:
I decided to clone the repository and create Slickgrid-enabled webpages out of the data for easy inspection. These datasets can be queried with R functions like
lm. User generated output can be saved to the site and shared with bit.ly links like this one: http://bit.ly/2XvUzzt. PDF export of R output is also provided.
If you find the datasets I imported useful, you can star the Github repository above or contribute to the R project. Quadstat itself is open-source but is currently being blocked by this bug in Drupal. There is a patch available for tesing if you would like to help with the next release of Quadstat.
